Dr. Kimmel graduated top of his class, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M I University in 2010. He continued his studies and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from West Virginia School of Dentistry.
As a Texas native, he takes pride in caring for his local community and is committed to offering the highest quality dental care, affordably, in a comfortable, and safe environment. Dr. Kimmel also offers sedation dentistry to relax his patients. He will strive to understand your needs and exceed your expectations.
Dr. Kimmel has completed 100’s of hours of advanced continuing education, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques in dentistry. He has established himself with exemplary commitment to Dental Implantology and been awarded his Mastership in the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics as well as his Fellowship through the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.
Through patient education, Dr. Kimmel will give you an array of choices curtailed to your specific dental needs, allowing you to make a healthy and informed decision. His goal is to provide patients with life changing dentistry at a fraction of the cost. Meet Tyler Rushing, DMD
Dr. Rushing received his undergraduate degree in Biology with honors from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa followed by his DMD at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After dental school, Dr. Rushing was accepted into a prestigious 2 year dental implant and prosthetic residency where he was awarded the title of “Chief Dental Resident”. Dr. Rushing completed rigorous training in oral and IV sedation which allows him to comfortably treat patients who are fearful of the dentist. It was at this time, Dr. Rushing found his passion for helping patients receive life changing dentistry at prices they could afford.
Before moving to Austin, Dr. Rushing dedicated two years serving as the youngest Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Houston’s AEGD and GPR programs (advanced education programs after graduating dental school), teaching dentures and dental implants. He has completed 100s of hours of continuing education to better serve his patients and has been awarded his Mastership in the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics as well as his Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dr. Rushing is dedicated to life long learning and providing his patients with the most predictable and affordable treatment options in a compassionate environment.
